As common as they can be on safari, I never grow tired of photographing zebras. This one was strutting with purpose across the flooded plain of the Linyanti concession in Botswana. Nikon D700 with Nikkor 70-200mm lens (at 200mm) ISO 400, f/6.3 at 1/1600th of a second
Thanks Amanda. They are to me too. I remember my first safari and the guide was just driving past all these zebras thinking that I only wanted to see cats, giraffes, hippos, etc. I had to get on him about stopping so that I could appreciate the “more common” zebras as well.

B E A U T I F U L ! ! ! Love your prancing zebra, Sean – a definite wall hanger!
Thanks Sue. Zebras do have that wall worthy quality about them.

WOW….LOVE THIS‼️‼️ The black and white against the green and blue is awesome‼️🦓. Who doesn’t love a zebra?!
No doubt Marcia. Certainly not I.
All of this in perfect symmetry. Breath-taking photo!
Thanks Jane. They are regal beasts.
Wonderful!
Thanks Rachel.
Gorgeous color in this beautiful shot! Zebras are so fascinating to me…
