They have an advertising category at the Emmys (advertising is what I do when I’m not in the wild). I’ve yet to win an advertising Emmy. In fact, I’ve yet to win an Emmy of any kind. But thanks to the fine work by Jimmy Altman and Sean McKeever at Fox61, I’m now the subject of a New England Emmy-winning feature. So I thought… why not a repost.
Congratulations to you Sean!! GREAT NEWS and WELL DESERVED!! Don’t forget to clean your lenses. I always think of you when I have to do that. Some things just stick with you.
AMAZING!!!! FANTASTIC WORK SEAN!!!! I always thought your first Emmy would come from your short lived autobiographical sitcom “Cranin’ Around” – but take an Emmy where you can get one my dude.
Sean, I have been away, so I am just seeing this post as you are heading to Kenya. Congratulations! As I have said before, your daily photo blog is like getting a present in my inbox every day. Kudos to your local Fox team for having the vision to bring your story, your passion, to their audience. The real message is we all need to enjoy nature wherever we are. It’s a centering, humbling, and joyful thing when even a caterpillar can amaze us. And your backyard camera is proof. I really hope they shared their Emmy celebration with you!
