This Japanese macaque appeared to be intensely inspecting, and it seems admiring, his fingernails. Would love to make it back to this place one day, not far from Tokyo up in the mountains by Nagano. The light is stunning in this photo….the mountains are so perfect for photography…..I would love to see Japan someday….
So human-like. He looks like some people I know. I love the colors and his reflection in the water.
