I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, few creatures on this planet are as cute as sea otters. Normally shy, this otter allowed me a very close approach and carried on with the daily activities of eating and cleaning. Definitely one of California’s many attractions. I have memories of seeing them in the Monterey Bay years ago but at the time my lens didn’t have the necessary reach. Might have to put that journey on my bucket list. Thanks for jogging that memory with your sea otter image, Sean!
