Hard to believe that I actually travelled to Africa this calendar year. I was fortunate to get the trip in back in January. In addition to Kenya, we visited Mgahinga National Park in Uganda and got to know a small group of mountain gorillas that live there. This was one of three silverbacks in the nine-member troop. He was rather accommodating and posed for several close-up portraits. Nikon D850 with Nikkor 70-200mm lens (at 102mm) ISO 800, f/2.8 at 1/800th of a second.
Seems to like the camera, U were lucky to have done so much traveling , now no one knows when it will be possible again, with vaccine let’s hope for best
Majestic creature, but man does he need to work on his pecs. Do you call them “man boobs” if he’s not technically human? What do you call them? Gorilla man boobs? Or just maybe “goobs”?
Also, this isn’t really about the gorilla, but I’d like to take a moment to apologize for yesterday’s post about “Schlong Saeng.” It was in poor taste. In my defense: Sean put me up to it and he is entirely responsible.

If he’s your next door neighbor and wants to borrow something from you, the answer is “YES”!
