Panama has a reputation for being one of the best birding destinations in the world. In the two times I’ve been there, I got a glimpse of just why. This image is from the highlands of El Valle — an orange-bellied trogon. Nikon D810 with Nikkor 200-400mm lens (at 400mm) ISO 800, f/4 at 1/200th of a second.

Sort of like a robin with a green shawl and longer tail feathers. Very pretty bird.
I’d ask if you have a shot of a yellow-bellied Trogon, but i know that cowardly bastard is too much of a chicken to show up here.
The colors are beautiful, but the detail in the ‘tail’ is amazing!
Wow! Lovely colors,
Bet it is fun to see such a flash of colors in the canopy.
