A quick break in the Botswana animal action to post a little something from the first half of our honeymoon. This is just one of the many island-scapes that I took while in Santorini, Greece. This is the classic (some might say clichéd) side of the island, Oia. More from the more remote areas of the island in future posts. Nikon D800 with Nikkor 17-35mm lens (at 25mm) ISO 200, f/18 at various shutter speeds (HDR image)
The place looks like a paradise, so beautiful! It’s an awesome shot. You should blow it up quadruple size and hang it on your wall it would look stunning in your living room. It will also remind you of your great honeymoon every time you gaze at it. It’s just an idea maybe you’ve already thought of it. Thank you for sharing.

Hey Michael, not our hotel but nearby. I’ll post one from our actual hotel soon.
Omg this is so beautiful! Love the colors and textures. I’m totes jelly
It may be called “clichéd”but for me Santorini is one of the beauty spots of the world. For me there seemed to be a shot every where one turned.
Agreed. Hard to find a bad view anywhere in Santorini. Looking forward, however, to posting some of the less travelled vantage points.
So very beautiful. On my must see list!
