Apparently yesterday was International Leopard Day. That said, here’s another leopard from the recent trip to Kenya. This female had two grown cubs. You can see one of the cubs crossing in the background as she stands guard. Photographed in Samburu National Reserve. Nikon D500 with Nikkor 200-400mm lens (at 400mm) ISO 400, f/4 at 1/3200th of a second.
Such a beautiful animal. I think my favorite shot of yours is that which you posted on your return from your last safari of the leopard lounging on the tree branch. But this one also captures my fancy because you can see the sleekness and strength of this creature. Great shot, Sean.

Wow! What a shot! Leopards are so fleeting, so well camouflaged, to capture two of them at once is amazing. She is absolutely gorgeous!!!
Truly awesome to get mom & her cub in the background. Mom looks like she means businesses – don’t tread on me! What magnificent beasts they are.
Christ, I forgot International Leopard Day again. That’s why my wife’s been growling at me for the last 14 hours.
oh what great gift from God. to have these wonderful aminals on the earth to day. )
