I love love love these guys! I used to live on farm land in a rural section of North Haven. I used to hear a pack of Coyotes at night as I laid in bed! The first time I heard them I thought a neighbor was getting murdered lol it scared the heck out of me! But it’s a super kewl sound at night when it’s quiet! Thanks Sean!!
Wolves are much larger (up to 3 times) with longer legs. Different shape to the face too with a coyote having a pointier snout and ears. And wolves howl whereas a coyote’s call can be described as howls, yelps and yips. Wolves hunt in packs while coyotes hunt alone or in pairs.

Nice shot Sean. So, what is the major difference between coyotes and wolves? Size? Sound of the
howl? :-))))
