Bat Stars and Seagrass

Another bat stars and seagrass photo. This one is from Pacific Grove, just south of Monterey, California. As you can see, they come in many different colors, including green, purple, red, orange, yellow and brown, and can be either mottled or solid.

Absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful flow to the composition and the color energy is great.

    Another stunner Mr. Crane.

OMG, this shot totally astounds me! Can someone please design a floor covering that looks like this so I can walk on it in my house?

I’m very happy with my own Photocrati template and new website, but I’m even happier that I came across yours when I was looking at samples. Each shot of the day that you post, makes my day.

      Hey Michael,
They do range all the way down to Baja California in Mexico, but they are most prevalent along the central California coast near Monterey.
